How we approach it
Mexican factories ship under USMCA at 0% duty. Chinese cabinets carry Section 301 tariffs of 25% on top of the base rate, which often closes the price gap with Mexican mid-market product entirely.
Vietnamese factories have improved quality dramatically since 2020 and now compete on finish with Chinese tier-2 product. RTA shipping moves roughly 30 kitchens per 40HC; assembled cuts that to 8–12.
